Preparatory meeting with inbounds,district RC Bad Vilbel, and the first
hosting families of inbounds, young people from Bad Vilbel as well as people
accompanying .
Detailed information on the course of the cruise as well as on all items
that are needed.
Important: all people attending the
cruise must bring their passports or personal identity card, because the
number of the ID of all people aboard is needed for application for exit and
entrance visa!

duration period: up to about 2 p.m.
lunch for all attending people will
be provided at a cost of 10,- to 15,- Euro .
Saturday, July 20th 2002, shortly after midnight
place of departure:: Frankfurt July 20th at 0:30 a.m. Main Railway
Station, (Hauptbahnhof) southern side
Marburg at 02:00 a.m. at the houe of customs (Zollamt).
Will arrive at Travemünde on July 20th at about 9:00 a.m.
Travemünde transfer from bus to clipper, departure at about 10:00 a.m.
Puttgarden at about noon to ferryboat to Rodbyhavn. Transfer on ferryboat to
Denmark..
Rodbyhavn (Denmark) at about 1 p.m.
Journey to Helsingör (Denmark).
Helsingör at about 3 p.m. to ferryboat.. Transfer to Sweden Helsingborg
arrival at about 3:45 p.m.
Journey to Lundnor at about 4 p.m.
Journey to Kalmar via Arsum on route Europastr. 22.
Arrival in Kalmar / boarding time on July 20th 02 between 7 and 8 p.m.
food for the journey:: we´ll take food and beverages for four
times of a picknick. There will be regular breaks for munching your food. The
ferry boats will be entered and left while seated in bus.
